Shipping:
All products are shipped via mail, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Processing:
After order confirmation, the processing process takes one to two business weeks.
Return Policy:
Products can only be returned if they do not match the website’s specifications or appearance, or if they are defective, scratched, or torn.
If the purchased product is defective, scratched or torn:
– If our experts do not agree on the product defect, the cost of returning the product will not be refunded to the customer.
If the purchased product is defective, scratched or torn:
– If the defect is obvious without using the product, such as the color or specifications printed on it, the product must be in its original condition and unused.
– If the violation only becomes apparent upon opening the package, the original carton and packaging of the products must be kept and not disposed of under any circumstances.
This service is only provided if the product is returned to Miraya in its original box or carton. Under no circumstances should labels be removed from the product. Labeling, writing descriptions, titles, or anything else on the original box or carton, or tearing or damaging it, will void the warranty.
If the size does not fit:
Return requests will only be accepted if the size in the order is different from the size of the product received.
This request must be submitted seven days prior to receiving the product, otherwise it will not be accepted for return. In this case, the product must be in its original, new condition, free of any signs of use such as stains, discoloration, perfume, or body odor, and with all tags, branding, buttons, and accessories intact.
